the first stage of this project i took pictures of the front of shop windows in Manchester Northern Quarter. focusing on the shape on the window, and then for the development  plan to cut out the signs of the shop windows. I chose Josef Sudek as my first artist because i really enjoyed how uniform most of his images look anf how they all portray a similatr story and that is something i hope i can achieve not just in this stage but the others of this project.
